Thank you Fred I still have to ride it in properly. It's faster yes but I don't feel at home with all the Dell extras and Windows 7. Perhaps I should re-format after all and set up the hd the way I am used to and have just the normal Windows 7 installed without the confusing Dell additions. .... But just thinking of having to install everything again makes me dizzy
You're welcome very much. I sympathize with your IT plight, but I've fallen way behind the technologies available today. I hope you find a way to make your system work the way you want it to. Your fractals continue to improve one way or the other, but I'm sure it would help if you felt more comfortable with your computer. Peace be with you for the holidays.
You are most very welcome barbara, and the best of the season to you as well!!
Please excuse me for this but: At Last! Emoticons!
I couldn't seem to figure how to use them before. I never noticed the link directly below where I'm writing this. I thought I only needed to click on the images at the right, but that never worked for me (maybe due to ad-blocking apps?). As soon as I saw the emoticon page I recognized what to do. Heehee.. a new toy for the new year!
I mail you my unsorted collection by note You can paste it into the journal editor then hit preview to see them all and copy paste to your messages what you like
Oh wow thanks! You know I like to write script code, and some of it is quite complicated, but with the web I am very backward. Maybe this seems ironic but the two are very different. Now I have to be careful not to overdo the 'smileys'. Please accept my thanks again but no need to reply in the midst of your celebrations.
I am glad that you are having fun with the emots I am glad you are such a good scripter, never mind about web code Happy New Year Fred. I hope it has started well for you.
I guess your new equipment is becoming more user friendly.
